A deposit of one months rental will be required, this is refundable on leaving and subject to a walk through inspection.

Utility Charges
Charges per month: Swimming pool 10Euro, Water 10Euro and Electricity charged @ 0.19 Euro per unit used.
All Lisara Villa's have electric heating for all year round renting.
The swimming pool has sun lounge's, shower, tables and chairs. The property's have fully air conditioned bedrooms and living rooms. The villa's come complete with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and solar hot water. Electric wall heaters are in most rooms. For your convenience all the properties have a TV, Satellite System with English speaking channels, DVD player, mini Hi-fi, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, safe, iron with ironing board, clothes dryer, toaster and microwave. The Villa's have double glazed windows with shutters. All bed linen and towels are included.
The villa's have a bath room on the first floor with a double or twin bedroom and a shower room with W.C. on the ground floor with a twin or double bedded room. All have a Large Sun Terrace on the first floor. Villa 2,3 and 4 also have small verandas off the first floor bedrooms.
Lisara Villa 1, also has a veranda on the ground floor, off the bedroom.
Lisara Villa 4 has a small private courtyard off the ground floor bedroom. This villa is suitable for pets.
The property's have sea views of the Mediterranean Sea and Soúda Bay. You can look up on the hill (Mount Drapanos), to see the two property's featured in the Channel Four program "Pay Off Your Mortgage In One Year" and to the West are views of the White Mountains.
