Here in Western Crete we have four, two bedroom villa's for rent. The villa's are fully licensed with the Greek Tourist Board and have a full E.O.T. (Greek National Tourism Organisation) license. They can be rented short term for a holiday let or long term while your house is being built by one of the many local builders or if you just want an extended stay in Crete. They are in a small complex. All the villa's/properties have the use of there own swimming pool and have sea, village, Souda Bay and mountain views. Lisara Villa's are four new built two bed roomed villa's in a small walled and gated complex on the edge of the village. They are in a quite area in this picturesque village. The villa's are all fully furnished with Air Conditioning, some even have heating for a extended stay and everything you would need to have a great stay in Crete.

All of our property's in Kokkino Chorio, Western Crete have great views over the Souda Bay (one of the largest deep water natural bay's in the Mediterranean, with Chania visible at night in the distance), The White Mountains, the Akrotiri (where the airport is situated across the bay) and the Mediterranean Sea. They are just a two minute walk from the centre of the village of Kokkino Chorio which is on a gentle hillside overlooking Souda Bay, with its local mini-market and Taverna's. Kokkino Chorio also has a Glass Factory which is one of the few recycling sites in Greece. They make a wide selection of hand made glass items. The village of Kokkino Chorio (or translated "Red Village") is famous for the main set for the film "Zorba the Greek" with Anthony Quinn. 

Just a couple of minutes walk away is the small village of Kambia. Kambia has a Art gallery of a resident Artist, Antonios Santorinio, who specialises in local Crete views/subjects. Also in Kambia is the property featured in the Channel Four/Discovery Channel program "A Place In Greece" featuring Andrew and Brian who work have left the Island. Kokkino Chorio is just a few minutes drive from the villages of Plaka and the sea front village of Almirida with its clean shallow "Blue Flag" sandy beach's, Car and Scooter Hire, Shops, Internet Access, Bars, Supermarkets, Wine Bar and Taverna's. Almirida also offers wind surfing, sailing lessons and boat trips. The larger town of Kalives is under a ten minute drive away.
