All prices are per week (7 nights) Per Villa and FULLY INCLUSIVE of maid service with all linens and all bills, electric etc. We can also offer shorter weekend breaks, contact us for details.
The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras and E.O.T. Approved

A 25% deposit will be required with all reservations. All payments by Credit Card or PAYPAL.

25% deposit by Credit Card secures your reservation.
At the time of booking we will ask for a deposit by credit card to secure your booking. The balance (75%) is due two months before your arrival. You can pay this balance and the deposit by card with PayPal.
We will require a 50 Euro returnable deposit to cover any missing or broken items. This will be refunded one week after your departure.
If the date of arrival falls within the two months, you will be asked to make a full payment.
Please do not book flights until we have confirmed the booking by email or in writing.
All linen and towels will be changed once a week.
All villa's must be vacated by no later than 10am on the day of departure.
Deposits are none returnable for cancelled bookings.
* Car/Scooter Hire is offered with Flisvos Car Rental and not use. These are prices quoted to us.
Deluxe Basket.
We can offer a Deluxe Basket (eggs, bacon, bottle of wine, beer, fruit juice, bread, milk etc ), Extra 20.00 euro
There will be an additional charge for transport only if required- for those clients who do not arrange Airport or car Hire.
